Maximizing Your Recovery Through Rehabilitation
After a cardiovascular event such as a heart attack or stroke, you’ll want to do two things. First, you’ll want to get better. Then, you’ll want to do everything you can to prevent another event. Our Wellness Center is here to help.

Our certified physical therapists will develop a program to help you recover your strength and mobility. Certified occupational therapists will help you regain everyday skills by enhancing your fine motor function. For example, they can help stroke patients improve their coordination to once again operate a knife and fork.

If your situation requires help with speech or swallowing, we have therapists to help you regain those skills as well. Together, our entire team will work out an integrated program to suit your individual needs, help you make a fuller recovery and get back to your life.
